New Cell Phone Feature Stops Teens from Texting While Driving

A new cell phone feature is putting the brakes on texting for teenagers while driving.
Textecution uses the Android phone and an onboard GPS to know how fast the phone is moving.
If it's traveling over ten miles per hour, the phone's texting, e-mail and web browsing functions are disabled.
Right now the service can be added for free at the Wireless Zone in Newport, Skowhegan, and two locations in Bangor, including the Bangor Mall. (Read More)
