National wireless retailer expanding to NDBy: Craig McEwen and Tracy Frank, INFORUM
Wireless Zone, a national wireless retail franchiser, is looking to expand into North Dakota.
The Connecticut-based company was founded in 1988 as “The Car Phone Store.” It offers Verizon Wireless products and services.
Wireless Zone is a division of Automotive Technologies Inc. Every Wireless Zone store is independently owned and operated. In 2009, the company, which has more than 400 franchises, awarded more than 100 new franchise locations.
Kevin Downs, Wireless Zone’s director of marketing, said the company is seeing a tremendous amount of growth in people looking to get into business franchising. (Read More)
